This is the commitment you make when you come to Silent Weekend, and we mean it!  If you think it's going to be ok to talk in the camping area or on a hike, PLEASE STAY HOME!  You'll just spoil the weekend for the rest of us..

YOU'RE INVITED..

        ....to another fun-filled Silent Weekend!  Due to recent events at Grand Lake St. Marys, the weekend has MOVED to INDIAN LAKE STATE PARK,once known as the "Midwest's Million-Dollar Playground."  There will be many activities at our group site near the 5800 acre lake.  Bring your tent and join us at summer SILENT WEEKEND #115 for a full weekend of signing in one of Ohio's oldest state parks.  Spend the weekend relaxing and enjoying nature here for our return visit to the area.  We will offer some structured group activities to complement the options offered by the campground (hiking, boating, bicycling, fishing, and miniature golf).   Registration is NOW OPEN! 

       As usual the goals of Silent Weekend are: To enjoy the beauty of communicating without talking; and to enjoy the warmth of friendships both new and continuing.  Please, no children.     

     Prior knowledge of Sign Language is not required, but a commitment to the NO TALKING rule (in and our of camp) is!
